I hope you will consider the power of REAL REST. Yogis call it Yogic Sleep or Yoga Nidra. Some call it conscious rest. I call it NECESSARY and game changing for busy adults, especially educators. Please feel free to print, share and keep track of your rest. It may be easy to do this first thing in the morning (before you get out of bed or after you meet your immediate needs and as a routine before you fall asleep). That way REAL REST is automatically built into your day. You can begin your best most rested self (this is especially powerful for anyone experiencing sleepless nights) and end the same way (a great way to decrease mind chatter). Maybe you will even take notice of any changes over time. However you wish to use this coping tool, "May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be safe, and may you live with ease."
